I had a wonderful stay at Spring@Tapae. The staff were extremely welcoming and always accommodating, making my experience even better. The location is fantastic, right by the city gate and close to everything, which made getting around so easy. However, I wish the dining options had been more varied, as there weren't many specialty dishes to choose from.

The room was perfect for my family with a comfortable bed and even my son had his own bed. The linens were fresh, and I appreciated having two complimentary bottles of water daily. A lovely little balcony allowed us to enjoy the view, and the bathroom had a nice bathtub.

I had a fantastic stay at Spring@Tapae. The location is perfect for exploring Chiang Mai, just a short walk from the Thapae Gate and surrounded by plenty of shops. The staff was extremely welcoming and went out of their way to help us, making our stay very comfortable. My only minor critique is that while the facilities were generally excellent, I think they could offer a bit more in terms of dining options on-site.
